Cool app! It's been a while since I read it, but does it say Meri and Pippin met Treebeard on 2/20?

This is Mac OS X only, and I haven't tested it on anything other than 10.3.2 but it is possible that it would run on Unix/Linux if they have the calendar files and they are stored in the same folders. If anyone proves or disproves this, please let me know.
