Not only that, but its in use in hundreds of production scale projects and is actually a component that the vast majority of our users consider to be stable and reliable as of 2.5. Lets keep this in perspective: its a single bug report. We haven't had time to track down the cause but right now the odds are as much in favor of it being a scripting problem as an actual bug - there are some really weird scripts in that stack. We do look at all bug reports. And for the record, Xavier who has "exhausted all channels" has not so much as written to support.
