Stephen,
Turn on UI Elements in REV and look for a stack named: Color Chooser it
displays a list of the names as well as a list of the RGB values and
Hex values. Not sure if this is 100% what you were looking for but give
it a go. It has some nice scripts in it.

If you look under the Help menu in Revolution there is a menu "Quick
Reference Guides" and in there is the "Color Names Reference" where
most of these names are located.
