I believe this is both a "use" and "improve" comment -

Perhaps its only me - again - but I don't see anywhere that the built in
documentation tells you -

1) That the tool tips in the properties palettes (the ones that will show up
when your mouse cursor is held over a property name) - will indicate to you
the transcript name assigned to that property, to allow those properties to
be used in scripts. I have several times posted to these lists asking what
the names of built-in properties were - when they were available to me all
along.

2) The meanings of the message box selections "Intelligence acts on mouse
control" and "Intelligence acts on selected object". I think I can guess the
latter, but maybe not...

3) That cards in the program overview palette do not have icons, and
especially that to open a card from that palette you need to double-click
the "little blank space" in front of the card name

There are MANY other such things which apparently it is ASSUMED one will
"just know", but I am willing to tell you that the interface, while not as
bad as some would say - and I actually like it, is not SO intuitive that new
users will "just know".

One additional suggestion - since the interface seems to be written with
Transcript - why not put in a "super help balloon" mode, which when
activated, would provide DETAILED help on using whatever button, spinner,
toggle, or WHATEVER interface component the mouse is held over. It could
provide both DETAILED help, as well as links to the documentation with
related subject matter. Perhaps screen shots of the palettes with everything
EXPLAINED.

Get used to it - I am RELENTLESS about usability of my favorite tools, of
which Rev is rapidly becoming one.
