Dunno if this qualifies as  '"Professional" products not personal or 
hobbyist.' but :

I wrote a very simple, case-based, interactive educational stack for 
teaching transfusion reactions to medical students and residents. 
It's currently being used (well, in the process of being 
implemented--just shipped last week) by two other universities in 
addition to my own.   Is it commercially available?--not yet--don't 
have a distributor...
