None (yet). The software is distributed as part of a workshop, with the
software cost built into the overall price of the workshop and ongoing
consulting. We are selling a solution rather than an application.
Clients learn to use the application at the workshop, then take it back to
their workplace and use it there. Support for the software comes as part of
the ongoing consulting work with the client. In effect, because of our
business model, we will automatically have the necessary level of support
available as we grow with our client base.
> 3) What is your delivery medium - cross platform CD?
CD for each platform. The CD contains other material such as workshop
materials etc. But please note the software is not an "off-the-shelf"
product as noted above.
