Curry, thanks very much for the detailed email and analysis. I don't have
time to reply to most use-revolution messages in detail (every single post
is read, however) but thought I would reply to say we essentially agree with
most of the points on your list and are working on them as quickly as
possible. We are constantly looking for ways to promote the product and
many of your suggestions are already on the to-do list in the short term.
(As Heather mentioned, we should be on download.com next week, for example.)
