If the release is only a bug fix release, then I expect we will make it
available free of charge.  However if there are new features then we will
charge.  Whether we do a bug fix release right after 1.1 or go on to 1.2
will depend on the feedback we get after that release :-)

So far the question hasn't come up because the only update we are planning
adds lots of new features (as well as fixing bugs).
