Thanks for the help so far. I am getting there!
However, I just made an interesting discovery.
If I create a new stack and save it to a directory in
"C:/MyDocuments/Revolution/Projects", reopen it in Revolution and use the
following script in the msgbox:
get the defaultfolder
put it into message
It returns:
C:/Program Files/Revolution 1.1
This is the directory that the Revolution programming environment is in NOT
the stack project.
I had been assuming that the defaultFolder return should be relative to the
saved directory of the main stack and not as it appears to be doing, the
main Revolution programming environment.
By returning the Revolution.exe home directory as defaultFolder it makes
things difficult for using relative file paths for stand alone projects
doesn't it?
Before I can go further I need to understand where Revolution is looking
when determining defaultFolder. Is it project.rev focused or is it
Revolution.exe centric?
