Ian, I'm not 100% sure what Netbeans is saying, but I suspect that means the index it downloaded is out-of-date and needs to be re-downloaded. AFAIK the indexes on our Nexus instance should be always fresh. The error you showed earlier from the Nexus UI is indeed odd, though. Trying to reproduce. It might be timing out because there's too much data to fetch. info.magnolia was, and is still to some extent, the groupId we use for 99% of our stuff.
