Yeah right, sorry for the confusion. Currently the VirtualURI filter is
behind the cache. I'd like to move it before the cache. The reason for
this is that we have currently some filters before the cache but the
VirtualURI filter should be before those as well.

that, having the VirtualURI filter ahead of the cache filter makes sense
to me. Reversing it may mean cache content is offered before a possible
redirect can be executed and I'd consider that an error.
