Thanks for your help.  I've got the public side running, getting ready

At what point do you get the error?  Does it startup and you're trying
to access it through a web browser?  I guess I wonder, because of the
past attempts at getting it working, if it would be worth it to both
restart the server and blow away any repository that it might have
started previously.  Don't know that this error would be related to
that, but at least it would be good to start with a clean slate.
