Another idea would be to use the Wiki. A wiki clearly isn't as good of a bugtracking system as Bugzilla, but it keeps a lid on the number of UML sites on the net, which I think is a good thing. Taking the idea further, maybe migrating the wiki (I know, it wasn't that long ago) to Trac, which might be a better bugtracker+wiki system.
