You could just leave them unbuilt. Forrest will automatically download them for you when they are needed. If you happen to be offline at the time then you can ant local-deploy the ones required.
However, this is something we *should* do. It comes up reasonably frequently. Patches to the ant scripts are welcome from anyone who has the time.
