Anyone have any ideas? I'm still having this issue. What's more is if I
follow a normal release cycle: 11.1-SNAPSHOT, 11.1, 11.2-SNAPSHOT. This
still doesn't work. It seems only to have to do with SNAPSHOT versions
though. Putting 11.2 in there and having dependencies on 11.1, and 11.2 in 2
different projects works fine.

For now I'm having to delete previous SNAPSHOTs from artifactory but this is
very tedious and could easily become a full-time job.

Is there any way to run Gradle through a debugger? Perhaps I can run the
tasks from within an IDE and see if I can't figure out what's going on.
Again, artifactory's logs don't show anything. They only show that the files
were uploaded and indexed properly.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
