As someone else asked, I think it'd also be helpful to be explicit about what 
is broken, and whether m4 is usable for anyone at all. From what I gather, m4's 
dependency management makes an http request for every item even when it's in 
the cache. Anyone not using that (local repo or no dep management) should be 
fine, right? Most of the gradle users I'd imagine know the score, and being 
clear(er) is not going to hurt your cause. Especially given that m3 and m4 are 
not API compatible with each other.
