Gradle doesn't provide any explicit support for a version string of
"latest.lastSuccessful". How do you expect this version string to be
interpreted?
Can you please provide your repositories {} block, and describe your
repository layout in a bit more detail?
Looking at the TeamCity documentation, it appears that the url should
contain "/.lastSuccessful". No mention of "latest" there.
