You can directly migrate from  hadoop 3.2.4 (HBase 2.5.8) to Hadoop 3.4.1
(HBase 2.5.12),  No need of intermediate migration.

What is your migration plan?

Are you going to create a new version cluster? and then move data from old
cluster to new cluster?
Or
Are you going to try inplace upgrade?
