I dont think so - I believe SAP uses its own protocol (DIAG/RFC) over
TCP/IP so you cannot use JMeter to record it.(

However any TCP Tunnel should be able to record whats happening -

In theory you should still be able to test the application with a JMeter
script but binary protocols are always problematic unless there is a well
defined set of client libraries callable from Java.
