I've found that as part of the fix for
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KARAF-4941 the configuration pids
for were added into inbound and outbound blacklists for configuration
synchronization
(https://github.com/apache/karaf-cellar/commit/cce70103bb3a53ed7b72317f63ed4d0eb66b9772).
May I ask about some details behind this change, please?
We are experiencing from time to time some issue with Cellar groups
persistence (sometimes the group configuration is not persisted between
the Karaf restarts). We are on an older Cellar version (4.0.2) without the
KARAF-4941 and I was wondering if this fix will also cover our issue.

With a cluster group without any nodes, if we create a configuration
(using {{cluster:config-property-set}}), and then add a node in this
group, the node configurations are not updated and we don't see cluster
group configuration.
