Hi Sergiy,
For the transaction PID, it's blacklisted because the location of the journal
files could be specific to a Karaf instance.
For the Cellar node and groups config, there are blacklisted because each node
can have a different configuration (for instance, enable a local listener only
on a dedicated node).
If it's obvious for node, the groups config could be sync (not blacklisted).

We are experiencing from time to time some issue with Cellar groups persistence
(sometimes the group configuration is not persisted between the Karaf restarts).
We are on an older Cellar version (4.0.2) without the KARAF-4941 and I was
wondering if this fix will also cover our issue.
