IIRC there should be log transformer and otherwise you can put in
serializers, but it's a bit annonying to do so, but OTOH one learns
which pipelines are being connected.
I still think it would be nice if one could add IDs to pipelines and
then output it as flow-diagram when a request is being processed ;-)
