True. I think in many cases, the person who publishes the content is
also the reviewer. So it hasn't been an issue in the past, but it may be
something we should look at adding.

Is this a deficiency of the workflow state machine, or can it be resolved by adding the necessary workflow transition(s) to the workflow declaration?

Can you disable the i18n support? I got some errors on setting links to X
which made the browser look for X_de which did not exist. I'd like to
have
all pages in german only without any i18n suffixes.
