this is an update about my problem.
I tried with the docker tika image apache/tika:2.9.2.1-full
("TIKA_VERSION=2.9.2") instead of apache/tika:latest-full
("TIKA_VERSION=3.0.0") and it works!
No more error "Repeated service interruptions - failure processing document:
The target server failed to respond"
Btw, because it seems weird, as per my issue
https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/TIKA/issues/TIKA-4367 I updated my
tika-config.xml and I will retry with apache/tika:latest-full
("TIKA_VERSION=3.0.0") to verify if it was about tika-config.xml
misconfiguration or about the tika version.
I will update you as well.
