Brrrrhhh! So many things are broken on this machine. It is a tinkered
version of RedHat that came preinstalled by Dell. Why do they have to
get their mitts in all this??? apxs was broken, a lot of stuff in
non-standard locations etc.

Anyways, I am now at php. The apache include files are in a unrecognized
location. Which config switch can I use here?  Sorry, --help is not very
informative. Apparently, it is neither --with-apache nor --includedir.

I don't want to create symlinks for a million of files...
