The name if the root page doesn't really matter. It gets a name because
each
page has a name in midgard, and one hosts root page can easily be just a
point in a pagetree somewhere, but when a page is used as a root page
the name is ignored.

Looks right so far, but we don't have much to go on, yet. Working with
sitegroups
takes some getting used to in my experience.
