Turns out I also have a php3.ini; I use it to globally disable the
gpc_quotes
nonsense. I'm not seeing Midgard go away.
If the php3.ini is present, is modmidgard loaded? What does the apache
header
say? Not strictly related but I'm curious as to what is happening to
your
environment.
