I'll check what's changed in Bash 2.0.x since 1.14.x in few days. This
might be a real problem for install script, 'select' command is very
convenient for such cases. Well, may be some re-write will eliminate
this problem.

You are talking about Midgard Administrator account, not MySQL database
access info? It's true because there are no person accounts in database
in general case during repligard run, so it just ignores this info but
<login/> section isn't optional that's why it there.
