By RPM, downloaded from mysql.com,

        MyQL-devel-3.22.27-1.i386.rpm
        MySQL-client-3.22.27-1.i386.rpm
        MySQL-bench-3.22.27-1.i386.rpm
        MySQL-3.22.27-1.i386.rpm

BTW, to be more exact, the distribution is e-smith-4.0 
based on RH6.1.
