I've set up a RH7 environment in VMWare (BTW Bergie, I can use this for
RPM building) and the only way for me to get an error like this is when
I configure lib --with-sitegroup, compile and install everything, then
configure lib without sitegroups and install that, without doing a make
clean, make, make install for the others. Otherwise, I'm seeing no
issues at all. Apache, mysql & expat installed from RPM.
