This is strange. It seems like a circular way to go about this. I'd like
to get as big a booth as possible. Does this mean that if we bring 500 pcs
we can take over the show? :-)
Seriously, I think we can get as much equipment as we can use - several
individuals have offered to bring their own, and Henri (Nemein) has offered
stuff as well.

I definately want at least one server. I'd prefer to have at least two.
Internet connections can be slow and that would create a bad impression.
My laptop can function as a server no problem. Setting up a replication
system might be interesting and that would require an extra server as well.

This is a great idea, but it depends on booth size. If the booth is big
enough for a screen and projector then great. I think this is unlikely,
however.
A better option might be some reasonably sized flat screen monitors. They're
expensive, but they make good use of limited space.

Again it comes down to size.
Maybe we can propose:
A. A circular table with room for three keyboards and displays. Flat panel
if we can borrow them from somewhere.
B. A long narrow table for supporting information and propaganda from various
Midgard related vendors.
C. A few chairs for sitting.
D. A coffee machine.
E. Some cookies.
Something like this:

Ack! I can see the need for a Windows box at a mainstream trade show, but
since this is LinuxTag I suspect the attendees will expect to see Linux. We
should probably have both GNOME and KDE there for balance. My laptop has
GNOME.

Ami.
