[midgard-user] The new Midgard site (wwwdev.midgard-project.org)

I've been working a bit on the new midgard-project.org site again. The 
blob-serving page is almost up and running, and Midhoo, which will be 
used run the 'Midgard Powered Web Sites', is currently running at 
http://wwwdev.midgard-project.org/deployments/
