[midgard-user] Nadmin and replication

Hi all,

I've recently been trying to get the replication set up with nadmin and
Midgard.

The nadmin manual seems to be missing some code - the script
downgrade-unapproved.pl requires another script config.pl, which I'm
assuming is user-defined libraries or functions, but I can't find it
anywhere on HKLC's site.
Unfortunately, mail is bouncing to them at the moment - can anyone shed some
light on this missing file?
