There's no security privileges attached to specific resources, just users. But if you create things (like pages, for example) for a non-SG0 site while being logged in as admin-password (root privs in SG0), all created objects will also be in SG0. The admin of the site will not be able to alter or delete them. Best not to be logged into SG0 unless you want to create sitegroups.
