Midgard-lite and the new-old admin interface (NOadmin?) are separate

projects.

* Midgard-lite is a pure PHP port of the Midgard application server,
enabling users to run Midgard applications without needing to
install any binary applications to their existing PHP/MySQL
setup. This also enables running Midgard on Windows.

Currently Midgard-lite implements about 80% of the Midgard API,
meaning that most Midgard sites and applications should work.

* New-old Admin is a rewrite of the Old Admin administration
interface supplied in the regular Midgard releases. The administration
interface is under work by the spider.ru team, and supposedly
provides support for all new Midgard features not supported by
Old Admin, including attachments, sitegroups and events.

Unfortunately I don't know more details about the interface or
its release date. Alexander can probably fill in here. I suppose
the interface will be released under Open Source licensing?
