Yes. HKLC stopped Nadmin Studio maintenance in early 2002,
and their license allowed us to spin it off as a separate
Aegir CMS project.

* Groups inherit permissions from their childre
* Content inherits ownerships from their parents

So if you create a group tree or a topic tree, you
can allow several groups to control a topic.

The user interfaces are stored in style Aegir_Core_Style
as FastTemplate templates.
