I don't think binary compiled PHP works too well with the snippets system (never tested it) and requiring files separate from the repligard package is bad form but in theory you could put it as an attachment and then include the attachment trough standard attachment server (not very efficient though...)
Sorry, what I meant to say was how do create a tarball of the AddOn for distribution / packaging. Also, I was interested in finding out how to include the coded AddOn into all Pages within the Website's of Aegir.
The directory structure in the tarball is entirely up to you, usually everything midgard packages is contained in the repligard package (Aegir being notable exception)
As for the second question I don't quite understand what exactly do you mean, could you rephrase the question ?
