Looks very promising. Would you mind if I include the Midgard
part to Aegir CMS and the Aegir Sample Site?

This way all Midgard sites produced from there become cache
and proxy-friendly without any extra effort.

Fellow Aegir devs: Is it OK to add these even while we're
in feature freeze? They don't change functionality of Aegir
CMS itself, just some of the bundled templates.
