Yes, you can.

None of your built files are downloaded.

But, then again, it's real easy to do another ant run-install to recompile
everything.  Note that if you do not do ant clean-all, your data remains
intact.

I ran the build.xml and it went fine.  After this build, can I still do an
SVN update through Tortoise SVN??  I'm just scared that some files are over
written from what was built with the build.xml
