I changed the owner of the facility to be the lower level Organization (10012) and ran another test. I created and shipped another sales order for Organization 10012. The Sales Shipment GL transaction still hit the 10000 Organization. So, I believe, the system is not posting the Sales Shipment GL transactions based on the Facility owner. I know believe this might be a real bug because all of the other GL transactions are being posted against the 10012 Organization except for the Sales Shipment.
