I don't think it's really worth it for such a minor thing. I do think, however, that the README.md file should quickly get users to the "Quick Start" section to avoid confusion. So the whole "Security" header should go way down in the file near perhaps the Crypto notice so that people immediately see the quick start steps before anything else.
