Hi Tarun,

I asked you about the OFBiz version because prior to 2016 there was also a POS
(JavaPOS) component in OFBiz. It has been deprecated in favor of webpos.

In the POS the void feature existed but not the post void. I don't know for the
webpos

Hello Renuka,

Thank you for your effort. Not exactly but yeah could say in other way.

Let me explain them with a real life scenario:

Void- Suppose in a mall customer picks 5 items and went to cashier for
tender. Cashier adds them for tender and at the time of tender
authorization customer want more item to purchase but not cancel the
current order. For that cashier suspends the order and performs a void
transaction so that it could be fetched later on.

Post Void- Whenever an item is returned on the same day of tender then in
such case that transaction is marked as post void but not return.

Hope this help you to better understand my problem and in providing
solution to me.

Thanks!

Hii Tarun,

I think void and post void functionalities means canceling or deleting any
transaction. Am I right?

Thanks
