Thanks for your reply. I will try to build my own docker file (without
tomcat).

It seems that airdock/oracle-jdk is not up-to-date. The latest version of
this images contains jdk-8u112.
Maybe I'll try the latest openjdk docker image.

Are you already running OFBiz in docker?
