For example, the vast majority of my users are working from home due to the whole covid situation and as a result the average user may not have any strict restrictions on their router etc... however, some companies may have restrictive access in the workplace environment... for example not letting employees have access to Facebook etc. Of all the students who have been using OM, (with the exception of asking those to update their version of Chrome and Firefox browser... and not taking into consideration the most recent Safari / IOS posts) - only one user (accessing OM from work... using the same laptop he uses at work and home(no problems at home) was experiencing the problem you described - as a result, I had to assume there were restrictions on his side. It turned out that there were restrictions on his side and once they were lifted, he has been able to use OM with no problem.
