These info: Unable to set the web application class loader property [
clearReferences....

Come from the fact Tomcat assumes the classloader is the webapp classloader
with setClearReferences...., which is not the case in meecrowave until you
use a webapp deployment. They are totally hurtless, see
org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext#startInternal (
setClassLoaderProperty calls) for details.
