Opening this plugin thing does not result in any message at the "ErrorLog"View - i mean the same view like you. Changing the perspective to "plugindevelopment" does also not result in any message at the error log View. But in Help->about->plugin details -the shale plugin is not listed there. Thats what i can say and see - something i've missed?
