IntelliJ Idea supports this, too. And for about one year now already. 
Those guys are really smart...
What does IntelliJ support? I used IDEA, and it has no knowledge of 
being able to complete property names for form elements. It'll 
autocomplete tags fine, but no IDE I've found will pop up values for 
when you do <html:text property="yourForm.... (pop up here of form 
properties) />
