Thank Yan Hu for giving this site. It seems they run on Netscape-Enterprise/6.0. However, I did not see struts' signature from there yet by trying to filling some forms. It looks like JSP-servlets handling form submision.
One former site that used struts is reuters.com. Now they have redesigned/re-developed the site with Asp.net. Jack H.
