We have wiki now. (I believe that wiki needs a bit of reorganization) * Any more or less important/frequent issues should be reflected in wiki. I believe that if a person cared about replying with an informative and a long answer, he can make another effort and put the answer into wiki. * Users should be referred to wiki * Wiki solutions should be voted as best/good/ok/bad practice (by whom? I don't know.) * Best/good practices from wiki should make their way into official docs. * Users should be refferred to the docs if issue is explained in the docs. Struts users stumble upon the same issues and ask the same questions.
