For 2.1, the documentation for each tag will be on its own page, and we'll just keep things that are common to all tags on that page(topics, configuration, etc), in the meantime feel free to edit it :)

Especially the dojo.event.topic.xxx function parameters (this looks like function pointers, but I don't have any real idea what the syntax is about).
